"The new school year has come in handy for Ukrainian schools. When I think about September 1, the imagination in my head pictures smiling but slightly worried teachers, funny first graders, respectful and calm students. Classes. Lessons. School breaks...
It is difficult to overestimate the importance of school. It is not only knowledge. School is a small model of society, the first studios of life experience, friendship, failures, victories and self-discovery.
Unfortunately, we are now living in different realities and many of our schoolchildren, like last year, will study at home, using computers. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, 180 of our schools were completely destroyed, more than 300 were significantly destroyed, and 1000 were damaged.
However, despite everything, the school year has started. Children will learn. Regardless of worries and challenges.
Many years ago, our foundation identified assistance to schools and children's institutions, children and their families as a priority in its activities. We took care of many schools in Eastern Ukraine. They currently only work online. So we dream of covering them all with our attention.
Currently, we have the honor, thanks to partners and donors, to implement several powerful and socially important projects aimed specifically at supporting schools, teachers and students.
We believe that in the near future we will certainly return the children to the desks. Schools, gymnasiums and lyceums will have modern equipment and, of course, safe and comfortable shelters. It cannot be otherwise. Ukraine will definitely win, and its security, economic growth, creative and scientific potential will be ensured by our children. Helping them become the real future of Ukraine is our mission!

We had many projects in nine years. Various. Big and important, urgent and relevant, vitally necessary and critically urgent. We all remember them to the smallest detail, because each of our missions was different from the previous one and different from the next one. We have never distinguished them by priority, scale and costs - all help is important, if there is a need for it...
But there is one project that is still special for us. Not more important than others, just SPECIAL. Warm, sincere and bright. This time we created it on a volunteer basis together with the "Children's Centers of Ukraine" charitable foundation. This is a program of rehabilitation trips for Ukrainian children to relatively safe locations. It is for those children who suffered from the war, who saw the horror that Russian aggression brought to Ukraine. We provide such children with medical services, social and psychological assistance, and comprehensive health programs. Children participate in educational, sports and creative activities.
In 2022-2023, our program of rehabilitation trips covered more than 800 children from Donetsk, Luhansk, Chernihiv, Kyiv and other regions affected by military aggression
We intend to continue the program of rehabilitation visits. The need for them is extremely great. That is why we are looking for donors and partners in order to reach as many Ukrainian children as possible with the necessary help.
Help us preserve the future of Ukraine. We are always open to cooperation.

22.05.2023.Friendly communication and charitable cooperation between "Yellow Blue Wings", Lighthouse Makariv and "Children's Centers of Ukraine" continues. Recently, thanks to this cooperation, the children of Pryirpinia and Prykarpattia received sweet gifts. From all the children - a big thank you #LovehasNoBorders!
22.05.2023.We have great news and another experience of holding a charity auction with foreign partners to support children in Ukraine.
This time we were supported by the public of Spain, the sports community, where during the charity event funds were collected for the launch of a development direction, a sports school in the Yaremche shelter.
28.04.2023.In Vyshgorod, there is a "Generation UA" center from our Foundation, which was created in cooperation with the communal institution Educational and Industrial Combine. This is a space where children with special needs receive career guidance skills for several years. And families raising children with disabilities always have access to comprehensive, in particular, psychological support.
02.04.2023.The project "Complex support of families with children with disabilities affected by the war in Ukraine" continues its work in Priirpinna. Day care groups work every Saturday and Sunday in the premises of the Buchan inclusive resource center, where children with special needs socialize and acquire new and diverse knowledge and skills.

30.03.2023As part of the "Emergency assistance to children and families of Ukraine" Project, we continue to help children's institutions.
In March, the Foundation handed over furnishings for living rooms in a sanatorium-boarding school in Kyiv, in the form of cabinet furniture - chests of drawers for personal belongings. At this time, 16 chests of drawers have been handed over.
We thank ChildFund Deutschland for supporting a children's institution that suffered during the hostilities in the north of Kyiv.
23.03.2023The project "Emergency assistance to children and families of Ukraine" covers assistance to children's institutions.
In March, the Foundation handed over equipment for living rooms to a sanatorium-boarding school in the city of Kyiv, in the form of individual wardrobes for things.
A total of 5 sets of cabinets with a total cost of UAH 76,000 were handed over.
We thank ChildFund Deutschland for supporting a children's institution that suffered during the hostilities in the north of Kyiv.

Arrangement of living rooms for children in the "Prykarpatsky" children's sanatorium was provided within the framework of the project:

One of the residential buildings received new beds, mattresses, and an updated playroom, thanks to the support of ChildFund Deutschland and the cooperation and support of the management of Sanatoriy Prykarpatsky sanatorium
20.12.2022Our team started preparing for the winter period a month ago. We plan to provide comprehensive assistance to children and families of Vyshgorod Oblast and Irpin, Bucha, Gostomel, who were affected by the war.We plan to support families with children with warm children's shoes, winter clothes (jackets, suits), food products.
04.12.2022Recently, we created another location, new conditions for children who are undergoing rehabilitation and recovery at the "Prykarpatsky".A playground with a universal surface for various sports and outdoor activities has been built.
